NGD Development needed their flagship compound, Makani El Sokhna, to dominate Egypt's Red Sea real estate market. We designed a full outdoor advertising campaign — billboards across Cairo that were impossible to miss — and built a brand identity for the project that communicated luxury, exclusivity, and lifestyle.
The centerpiece of the campaign was a brand film featuring Tamer Hosny — produced entirely by our team. The film became one of Egypt's most shared real estate campaigns of the year, driving a 6× increase in qualified leads over the sales team's target and establishing NGD as one of the most ambitious new voices in Egyptian real estate.
