A mandate of this scale is rare. The Suez Canal Authority and its seven affiliated companies represent Egypt's most critical economic corridor. We were entrusted with developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across all eight entities — each with its own identity, audience, and objectives, all unified under the authority's institutional umbrella.
We organized landmark events including the Canal's annual festival, produced institutional-grade media content, ran multi-channel marketing campaigns, and built the strategic frameworks that guide each sub-company's market communications.
